The actual transportation company that hauled my car was courteous,fantastic, informative, polite, and timely.
Ultimate Transport 123 ,as a broker for the haul, was a horrible experience. False promises, uncommunicative, unresponsive. When I could get a hold of someone most times they wouldnt even know the details of my order.
In the end I did get the vehicle home.
