The entire process was terrible. After locking in a rate online on a Saturday, Ultimate called me up on Monday and said it was now $750 more than I was "guaranteed" by their website (should have run then!). After they took my money for deposit, getting a hold of anyone to ensure the appointment was scheduled for pickup was near impossible. The truck didn't show up until 7pm on the scheduled pickup day, waited all day for it and could not contact anyone at Ultimate as no one answers the phones. After pickup there was still zero communication and I had no idea if my car would make it or not. Finally the car arrives at its destination with all sorts of new scratches and dings, but trying to get them to answer the phone is impossible, so my loss. Overall this was a terrible experience and I do not recommend Ultimate Transport 123 nor will I ever use their services again.
