I called this company after another car transport company jacked up their prices over $200 over the initial quote (after about 6 weeks) to establish my pickup date. I was happy with the efficiency and responsiveness of this company. It was a little surprising when the driver called me from the place of pick up and explained they needed the vehicle to be driven to the road because their truck could not go into the long dirt driveway. I had to scramble to call my friend (who was storing the car at his farm) to have someone drive the car right away to the road. The same thing happened when they arrived in California but it was expected, as I live on a dirt road, and it was much less awkward as I was the one to go get the car. Otherwise everything went off very well. I was very happy with the driver - very kind and friendly once we met
