I used Ultimate Transport to locate a hauler for a vehicle I found out of state. They provided me with the price which was accurate and never changed. They found a hauler within the period that the vehicle was to be picked up. They also updated me through Text Message and email. The vehicle was picked up late by the hauler but delivered on time to my amazement. The haulers communication was weak. They did contact the pick up point person 3 hours prior to picking it up but they didn't reply to my texts asking about updates. Once they were 60 minutes from my location, they did contact me to let me know when they would be here. The vehicle did arrive in perfect condition.
