After a previous issue with this company, I was contacted 5 times about my previous review (I was contacted in the 5AM hour about placing a review for a $50 credit on my account for future transportation needs.) Since I did not trust this company at this point, I said sure, I will delete the review when I see the refund is pending. This was a week ago and the funds were never pending. I would not trust this company. Their customer service is terrible and at this point, I would not trust most of these reviews on this site. The drivers that they use are not employed by the company and are instead contracted out. You can find a better deal with other companies or just booking directly through the transportation carrier. Stay away from this company.
