Overall our experience was great. I do have one recommendation for improvement. Multiple vehicles were transported at the same time as our sons car. His car was on the bottom. Evidently the vehicle above his had a oil leak. There was oil on my sons trunk. It has taken weeks to remove the oil spots. I would like to recommend that vehicles are checked for oil leaks before transporting especially if the vehicle will be stored above others.
