Someone help: We are currently back in New York waiting for our car to get picked up and shipped from Florida.
We were supposed to have our car picked up on Friday by this company to ship it back.
They canceled last second & rescheduled for Monday.
We called Tuesday - They canceled. Driver said tomorrow.
We called Wednesday - they canceled. Rescheduled again for Thursday.
We called Thursday - Now they say the pick up is tomorrow. And the driver said it is the brokers fault. The lack of communication is costing us money and we don't know what to do.
The waste of time is incredible. They also fail at calling clients proactively to tell them there is a re-schedule. We have had to call to get the bad news each time. Right now our car is sitting there and I feel like someone keeps passing the buck.
I have noticed the owner only responds to negative reviews when the order ID is included...SO i included it at the top.
