I was hesitant to use this (or any for that matter) company after a bad experience with another broker. I am glad that I did!!! It was everything they promised. They didn’t try to get me to pay more than the original quote (most company’s give you a super low quote then after they have your deposit there’s an issue why the driver can’t show up and the have to find someone else). Not only was this one of the most reasonable companies price wise, but the driver showed up early and dropped off early! This is the only company I’ll use going forward. The driver was constantly in communication about the status of my vehicle and drove it right to my door! Sondra was super helpful and always responded promptly to all my calls, even after I paid. Other companies are really good until they have your money! There are lots of cooks in this business, this company is a gem among them. I will always use them anytime I need to transport a vehicle.
