Thank you for Ultimate Transport team, especially to Ms Harley, who did all explanation of transferring procedures. Scheduling has been a challenge, good thing I have friend at destination area, due the schedule could be difficult to change once assigned.
Thanks to Mr. Terry, the driver who has been professional, informative and patient while waiting for me at pick-up area. He called me ahead of time, prior to his arrival at Decatur.
