When I first called the company, Dana answered the phone. She was helpful and walked me through the process and explained the timeframe choices. As the pick-up time approached andI had not heard from Ultimate Transport, I called the office and was told that I will be contacted soon. Within a few hours, I was given the name and the driver's name and contact numbers. Vincent and his partner and I met where my car was parked. They were courteous and explained how my car will be transported. They also told me they would be the ones to actually drive the truck to have my car delivered to my sister's house. Although I was concerned about my car being damaged, they assured me that they would be very careful with it. When the car was delivered, I was glad that all went smoothly.
