This was my second time shopping a vehicle and I far prefer this company to the one I used previously. Ultimate Transport 123 communicated regularly leading up to the transport and the process was clear. My driver was kind. My car arrived at its destination with no damage.
Cons:
You are at the mercy of the driver’s schedule. The day of pick up I waited around all day for a call of when the drive would arrive. He picked up the vehicle at 8 pm.
They want the delivery payment in cash even though they took the deposit on a card. They charge an additional fee to use a card.
