Used Ultimate transport to transpirt a new truck from out of state. The initial communication was good and price was competitive.
I wish they would have made it clear right feom beginning that thwy thwmselves would not be doing the transport rather than using a sub-contractor. This made for confusing communication on our end. trying to deal wirh them.
Also they use so may different phone numbers in which they call and text from to communicate. Each communication is with a different peraon and at times one person didnt know that someone else from there company had already called or texted me.
overall i would likely recommend thwm to someone else if asked.
