This was my first time using a transport service. I had no clue how it worked. The person I spoke with explained the process clearly. I was pleased that the price would not change...that's what sold me. It was reasonable. The driver called me the morning of pickup. The car was picked up. I had stored a few items in the truck. The car was picked up...no damage...nothing missing from the vehicle. Pleasant experience overall.
