Thank you very much for making this possible. Great communication with customers plus easy for customers to reach for any problem. But need improvement in this area. 1.(DOWN PAYMENT) When requesting a down payment or deposit to hold the contract (VERY IMPORTANT) that the amount be (CLEAR AND EXPESIFIC) The reason for my comments is when the Driver arrive to pick up My Vehicle on his paperwork, had the total to collet when Vehicle was to be delivered was different from My document. The reason for this small misunderstanding was that the amount collated for this contract was $20 but, on My document, it was $250. Making the total to collect on delivery of Vehicle on My document $920 but on the drivers, document was $1150. When I call the Broker, her document had the total to collect of $1150 same has the driver. Ones I call your company the amount was explain put on official document it was $250. 2. (DATE OF PICK UP) The date that was agreed on official document was FRIDAY 01/21/22 when the Broker send me a Text to confirm pick up, she said that it was going to be on Saturday 01/22/22. I inform her that the date as incorrect because Vehicle was to be pick up on Friday not Saturday. Had to call your company and have the date change to Sunday because Saturday was Extremely too Busy for me. this small misunderstanding can make the different between picking up or leaving a Vehicle.
