I gave 2 star review for small mishaps the basis of the service went fine take my vehicle from one location to the other that was accomplished the problem happened after my vehicles A pillar trim damaged and I also received toll charges totaling $40 dollars during transport and there has been a lack of communication from the driver and ultimate123 I have called twice they have not returned the phone calls. I've since paid the tolls myself and have assumed no one wants to take responsibility for my A pillar trim damage.
