Kassi was the first contact and she was very pleasant to deal with. I called later and talked to another lady about transport asap as we just moved back to the US and needed transportation. She was also pleasant to deal with. The transport took longer than I expected, but Jami, the transport driver, explained that drivers may take time to take the job if the pickup is out of the main travel route which was exactly the case. When the transport co picked up the veh. they promptly notified and delivered quickly. Very good service. I would given your company 100% rating if you had informed me as to how it works with the transporters. I am happy with your service.
