I called the day of my car needing to be picked up and was assigned a driver. I know it was last minute so patience would have to be key. The only thing that stressed me out a bit was getting different pickup and drop off times. I would be told one time but it kept getting pushed back and I was stressed because I needed my college kids car picked up from Missouri they was supposed to make it before he boarded his flight so he could hand his own keys to the driver but that didn’t happen. Thank goodness there was one roommate left at the apartment or the car would’ve just been sitting outside for 3 weeks and it’s an expensive car. The driver did stay in communication with me and he was very nice which is definitely a plus in a situation like this. I trusted him completely! I will have to have the car delivered back to Missouri and this company will be my go to!
