Good Morning, I greatly appreciated David's persistence with getting a contract in place, it was what I needed. He and a peer were very patient with me as I asked a series of questions. The motorcycle arrived safely in Vancouver. Two comments regarding the shippers (who were very pleasant and professional): * We understood we would get a heads up before the motorcycle was to be picked up. Instead the shipper called when he was at my son's house, so my son had to scramble from work. * Probably by accident, the shipper kept our straps for keeping the motorcycle in place. Overall I was very pleased with the process.
