My experience with them was good. I had given a three day window for pick up and they picked it up on the first day. And suprisingly the car reached the destination before our flight. Luckily they kept the car for a day in the owners house which was almost an hour drive from my place. I wish they had delivered it to my place after we reached but I had to pick it up from the owners home. Considering the time and the condition at which the car arrived it was a good experience.
