Absolutely horrible customer service

I had called to get a QUOTE and was pushed to sign the contract before they would even start looking for pick up dates. I was explicitly clear that I WAS looking with other companies as well, and whoever could get to me first I would go with. I found another company that could pick up much sooner, so I went with them and sent an email stating to cancel my contract as I found someone else. I got a call this morning (4 days after talking to them originally) about how they found a driver for me. When I told them I found someone already, I was then berated and called “highly unintelligent” because I went with the first person who could pick up my trailer. I made sure to tell them I was looking into other companies but they did not listen, and instead of being understanding, they chose to belittle and call me names. The “customer service” (I say this incredibly lightly because of how I was treated, there was zero service) woman’s name was Cassie I believe, and she is incredibly rude and undermining. 10/10 DO NOT recommend, I can only imagine what would have been said to me if something happened to my trailer while on the road, or any other circumstance. I also reverse searched the phone number I was called on, and immediately got a scam warning, so just be weary and do your research. I found a fantastic company who is kind, considerate, and helpful, and I’m very grateful I went through them instead of Auto Transport 123.
