Overall the service was very good! Joe was great to work with on the front end and helped keep my mind at ease by explaining the process thoroughly. The vehicle was a little delayed to ship out because they needed to find a driver to pick it up which resulted in me getting hit with additional storage fees. However, once the car was picked up, it shipped on time.
