I was surprised to learn that no pick up date was available. Second, both with the Powell's and myself, additional money was requested to get the driver here. If it's going to end up costing $1650.00, that's what should be quoted up front. Now, I know I could have refused to pay the extra but the car would still be sitting here if I had. The overall service was great, but be more open with pricing and provide time frames for pickup.
