Car was picked up and loaded in CT soon after booking - was notified the night before pickup and given a 3 hour pickup window with a 1 hour notice. Communication with Anthony was good prior to pickup - he was helpful and answered my questions. There was no communication or updates during transit which was disappointing, but the car was delivered to WA in 6 days - 3 days earlier than estimated, which made up for the lack of updates. Overall a good experience - I would recommend Ultimate Transport 123 and would use them again for my shipping needs!
