The whole process from the beginning to end was seamless. When I contacted Casey on the phone to find out about the service, he explained it fully. I signed up for transporting my car both ways between Illinois and Florida. He sent the necessary documents to me via email and supplied me with his number. When pick up time was coming he let me know when I would be contacted. Driver Robert was prompt in picking up my car, gave me his number and said text or call anytime. Delivery was smooth and on time. Robert was the consummate driver.
