I purchased a 2019 GLS 550 from OTTOSOURCE, 2682 FOREST LANE, DALLAS TX, 75234. After reviewing the vehicle online and talking with the local sales representative Mr. Brandon Thomas, my lady and I were satisfied the vehicle was what they had shown online was accurate. We are in Huber Heights, OH, and we relied on the advice of Mr. Brandon Thomas on the condition of the vehicle and history files. After making the purchase Mr. Thomas recommended Ultimate-Transport-123 to arrange transportation for our vehicle. From the initial contact with Ultimate-Transport-123 they took over and arranged the pickup and delivery of our vehicle. They kept us in the loop and informed us of any changes in the timing of pickup and delivery. We are very thankful to Ultimate-Transport-123 for contracting a professional transport company, CHICAGO AUTO TRANSPORTATION LLC, who provided a route tracker that allowed us to view the progress as they made the journey across the country until pulling into our driveway in Huber Heights, OH. The driver was very professional and courteous when he provided the keys and some paperwork. After reviewing the vehicle, we were pleasantly relieved to see the condition and quality of the vehicle was as advertised by the OTTOSOURCE sales team and everyone involved has shown a collective level of professionalism throughout the purchase process from across several states.
