As we mentioned in your complaint on another platform, we're very disappointed with this carrier and and decided to no longer contract with U.S. Overnite Transportation. As a courtesy, we were happy to offer a $150 refund, which is more than the IRS mileage rate for reimbursements. You refused our initial offer, but we would like to settle this with you. We agree the car should not have been driven without your permission, but the bulk of the complaint lies with the carrier.
