I must say, I was a little nervous to work with this company, Ultra Power Trans (prev. K-1) but my broker picked this company and it has been great. I was flying out to New Jersey from California and they picked up the car before my flight. They kept me posted on the estimated time arrival of my car. Although the driver was a little difficult to understand, the dispatchers, particularly a guy named Manny, helped me track my car and let me know what was going on. Personally I thought their customer service was outstanding and met my expectations. My car was in the same condition as it was when I left and it arrived on time as they told me it would. It was great to work with UPT and I would use this company to transport my cars again.
