"Our car arrived with significant damage. The windshield had been replaced, if you can call it that, with the incorrect windshield not a Lexus windshield with appropriate parts and was not sealed correctly. They left duct tape holding the windshield in. They obviously knew there had been damages if they attempted to replace the windshield.They have essentially admitted to causing this damage, but will not fix it. There were scratches and dents all over the car. Multiple attempts to contact them have failed. They have made no effort to make this right. Do not use this company.
