I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of this move! Alex communicated throughout, and delivered what she promised. She let me know from the beginning what the process would entail, and followed up throughout. I knew there was a 48 hour window for pickup, and my minivan was picked up within the window, and delivered very promptly once picked up. The driver was courteous, and timely. Great transaction!
