We needed a company to transport our Lexus from California to North Carolina. It was a nerve wracking trying to find a company that got excellent reviews and was reliable. We had requested transport through another company,(a month in advance of requested pickup) they got great reviews, price was reasonable, etc. Well, here it was a week before our move, and this other company had not confirmed a driver. We were flying out in just a week and still had not been given a firm date. The woman said it was normal to not get confirmation until 2-3 days before pick up. Ridiculous! We called United Auto Transport, who we should have called first, but didn't.(Stupid on our part) Anyway, they not only CONFIRMED pickup a full week before requested date, they picked the car up EARLY! We flew into Raleigh Sunday night. Our car was delivered in perfect shape on Monday afternoon! Price was EXACTLY what they told us it would be. The driver, Alex, was polite, knowledgeable, and all around nice guy.
We would recommend this company to anyone who needs a car transported. Shipping a car is a big deal. Who can you trust? Are they reliable? Will they hold your car hostage for more money upon delivery? All valid concerns.
Well, no worries with United Auto Transport. Rest assured, you will be in good hands.
