I realize now that this type of business is very competitive and cutthroat. After agreeing with Kevin Turner that United American would be the broker I received many many calls from other expediters. Some of them chose to criticize my selection and pointed out a lot of bad reviews. As it turned out I am glad I chose to remain with United American. The deposit on my card was charged when they said it would be, the car was picked up when they said it would be by a modern truck with a courteous driver and the car was delivered undamaged on the day I was told it would be and no additional charges. Could not be happier
