I had my car picked up and transported by Carl Adams who exceeded all expectations. He was friendly, professional, punctual, and more than accomadating with the pick up and drop off arrangments. He was completely upfront and honest about transport times which was much appreciated. The dispatch who I spoke with was also helpful and made the process quite easy, however, I did not appreciate their misleading time estimates... It seems as though they will tell you a fast delivery time to secure business although I much prefer accurate and honest. The time frame they quoted wasn't even possible within the drivers allotted hours. I would definitely use Carl again... Overall, very pleased with the experience
