mI was bombared by phone calls when I inquired about shipping my car. one caller was different then others Brian Cooper was professional and took the time to walk me through the entire process. I felt confortable with him and appreciated that he was proactive in providing me answer to FAQS by clients, he answered questions I didn't even knoww I had yet. My car was picked up and delivered on time with zero problems. my advice is use them! Ralph in dispatch was really good about communicating to me once a driver was assigned and when to expect him. thumbs up !!
