I initially attempted to transport my car through another company and, after a month of this and that excuse, was never able to provide the service they promised. So, seeking another company, filled out the online survey and immediately got a phone call from Brian Cooper of UAAT. He was professional and quoted the amount the other company was going to charge so I went with it without looking at reviews. However, within ONE day my car was delivered without incident to my destination at the price quoted. The carrier guys were professional and courteous to me. However, there was some miscommunication because they went to the auto shop for payment (wrong - I was paying) and kind of ticked them off and then they didn't call me prior to delivery so I wasn't there to meet them. They had to wait for me to get there. But, all in all, I got my car where it needed to be and at a fair price.
