This vehicle was scheduled over 6 weeks ago. The contact sales person was Matt Hazel. I only talked to him once and was never able to get in touch with him again. The pick up date was scheduled for Monday the 16th of Nov. Not only did they not show up, they didnt even have the professional decency to call me. When I finally was able to get through to ask when it was going to be picked up I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and I finally hung up. I called back and it just kept going to voice mail. This happened every day for the next four days. This is the worst shipping experience i have ever had. I have been shipping autos for over 5 years and have never been so disappointed. This is the worst company I have ever delt with. They are gross!!!!!
I am now in the process of trying to find someone else to ship my vehicle. Do yourself a great favor and never use this company. If you do and it goes bad like it has for me than you will be hearing these words in your head..."I TOLD YOU SO"
