I contacted United Auto Carriers on Feb 17th to get my car transported from Arizona to MA. I talked to Pete and he ASSURED me 100% that my car would be picked up by friday. I gave my credit card number for a $175 deposit. Everyone was very nice at the beginning saying there would be no problems. I called fri and was told that the driver couldn't make it and the vehicle would now be picked up on Mon. I called Mon, was put on hold several ltimes, and finally Pete said he would call back in 1 hr and tell me the driver's name and update. 2 HRS LATER, I called Pete and he said there was no driver in the area and he wasnt sure when the car would be picked up. All this time, I had to pay the storage fee. Finally a dispatcher said that if I pd another $175, the car would be picked up today for sure. He said in 2 hrs he'd call back and give me the driver's info. 4 HRS LATER, there was no call back. I called them and after a 25 min hold, they hung up. I tried several more times and finally spoke with someone and told them to cancel my order. The man told me to F*** Off! and he hung up. Now thats what I call service!! Don't recommend them to anyone!
