My experience was a complete failure. I called after receiving my quote and confirmed shipping dates. Pete told me he would call back that day with the driver's details and times. He never did. I followed up the next day and again, he said he would call back "in couple of hours" and never did.

When I sent an e-mail canceling my order Pete called immediately, denying he's received my e-mail. When I told him I had confirmation it was opened, he then admitted he'd read it.

When he realized he couldn't save the deal he insulted me and hung up.

Pathetic and unprofessional behavior. I will never do business with them.
