I and my husband booked them 2 months prior to our leaving. When we called(several times)
they would not take our calls,we had to use a neighbors phone for them to take our calls-the
sales person(Damian)was extremely rude. We had toleave Florida-we had plane
tickets,had to leave the car in Florida. When we came home,tried calling United several
times but to no avail. After buying another plane ticket and cancelling the order,we got a
call that the car would be picked up for a different price than quoted.

We had recommended this company to friends(who contracted them),they cancelled the
order after our ordeal. We made a giant mistake trusting them. I would not want
any one to go thru this. I will never recommend this company to any one.
