We had scheduled a pick-up at a prominent location on an easy route and the vehicle was never picked up. Tuesday passes, we leave town on plane tickets Wednesday, and one week later the car is still there(10 days after initial contract entered). Long holds, changes in prices without authorization, flat out lies! One employee would say "truck broke down" only to have another say the driver backed out! Avoid this company!
