Never even used them. My wife set up the request online. Quoted her $425. Then they called me to verify. Same quote of $425 even discussing the locations. Finally went to set up the shipment online after recieving a $20 off email. Called to just double check on a few questions. When started discussing the details, told the customer service rep the quoted price. Proceeded to laugh at me. Said there was no way they could do it for that price. Mentioned the email and phone call quotes, still laughing said there's no way they can do that.
