My name is Jeremy Mathews and I am the agent who booked Jerry. First of all, we are sorry to hear about your mixed experience, and want to offer a $150 on future transportss to show you we're serious about good customer service. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, Jerry booked an order with five different companies for a higher price than we offered. Second, the driver that was scheduled to pickup this vehicle decided at the last minute to not to pick it up since Jerry was offering more money to other drivers and he also was not answering or returning our phone calls. We informed Jerry that because of this, it will be difficult to find a driver who is willing to take less money then what other companies are offering. We went the extra mile to allocate a new driver that same day for the customer, however, we had no luck. We apologized to the customer for the mishap and even offered to give up our fee and provide the service free of charge. We do our very best to make sure these situations dont happen and for that reason is why we do not charge a deposit until vehicle is picked up. Again, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We have over 15 years of experience in the business and serve thousands of customers a week, and we strive to create the best possible service for the customer.
