George Edwards did an outstanding job assisting me...Initially, I had consulted with another company but they were not responding in a timely manner nor did they seem to care; there was no sense of urgency to assist us whatsoever so I decided to look elsewhere. I don't think I even gave George a narrative about the family emotions attached to this vehicle, a silver, 740I BMW...a car beloved by my father, who passed recently from cancer and funeral was just a little over 3 weeks ago. Irregardless, every customer should always be treated with respect and courtesy- George did just that. In business, customer service can make or break a deal...I'm grateful to George for making this deal as painless for my family as possible. Well done!
