I got a call from Doug with a super reasonable quote on transporting my Hybrid from Houston to Dallas. He told me all the fine lines and assured me that there was no hidden fees. I payed a small deposit, received an emailed receipt as well as contact info of my driver Ronnie. Two days later, Ronnie picks up my car keys and backseat covers from a shop across from the lot where the car was located. He then runs back to the lot to find my car and realized my battery was completely dead, unable to drive it up his truck. He then provided me EXCEPTIONAL service by calling me and following my instructions over the phone to go across the street to borrow the battery pack at the auto shop to charge my car in order to get it up his truck. The guy lending it gave Ronnie a hard time insisting that the many people whom borrowed it ran off with the charger. Ronnie was kind enough to speak to the shop's employee & get my car charged to get into his truck. My car arrived promptly at the time he quoted. Will definitely be using their service again if I ever need it!
