when i 1st called i talked to riahnon and the agreement was for them to ship my vehicle for 375.00 and to pay $100.00 up front and 275.00 to the driver when delivered , i tried to contact them to see the status of my order but nobody answered and when i finally did get through to them her husband answered and told me that they cant do it for 375.00 and that they had to charge me 500.00 i said no thats not what we agreed on and to just give me my money back and joe's exact words were " FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO SHIP YOU'RE CAR AND YOUR NOT GETTING YOU'RE MONEY BACK!!!"

Totally an untrue statement. Mr salameh did place an order with us based on what he wanted to spend to get the job done. He placed the order on 6/5 and called our office 30 times in 1 day. We never guaranteed an immediate pickup. As far as the $500 price that is false because we did find him a driver to pickup the car on 6/7 for $350 which would of made his total $450. We believe he spoke to another company who told him that the car couldn't be moved for $375. We never told him it couldn't be moved for that price. As far as his refund of $100 he will receive a refund from US. We never look to keep any-ones money that we did not earn.
