When I first contacted this company I spoke with Robert. Then, Joe took over as my contact person within the company. I feel extremely fortunate to have used this company. I researched and spoke to a number of transporters before choosing this particular one.
I assume, you (person reading/research about which company you would like to move your vehicle) want to make the right decision about, who you want to transport your car/truck. I cannot make any guarantee's; however, I can relay to you what type of experience I had with my move.
Joe, was friendly, knowledgeable, adjustable and responsive to all my questions and concern's throughout the transport of my truck. Given my experience with company, I have to give them a SUPERIOR rating. Also, the majority of the companies I contacted, wanted between $1100-1300.00 for their service. I was quoted $840.00; however, there was an additional $50.00 increase after the quote, but I had no problem with this increase amount.
The arrival time for truck was between 7-10 days. My truck was delivered 3 days after pick up.
Again, I give the company and Joe a SUPERIOR rating.
