I hired United Auto Movers to move a car to Florida...after hours of waiting the carrier they assigned to me did not show up. Day 1- I left messages on United Auto Movers voice mail...never called me back. I understand things happen all I wanted was communication and a plan. Day2 -After repeated calls they pick up and act surprised ( didn't listen to messages) that my car was not picked up...they said they would get back to me. Nothing that day. Day 3 I leave another message threatening to give them a bad report unless I hear for them. Joe calls and yells at me and tells me " I am not his only customer" I tell him he has until the end of the day to give me a pickup day and time. I never hear from him again and he charged my credit card $125!!! I have since had my car transport by another company who did not make me give any money until the car was picked up. The other company could not have made this process any easier.
