I was very impressed how United was right on top of moving my vehicle. The person picking up my vehicle was so nice and kept me informed exactly when he would be there to pick up my vehicle. He then called me the morning of dropping off my car letting me know exactly what time he would be meeting me. The whole process was amazing! I did not worry about my car, and did not even do the tracking on it. Thanks United for making the process so easy, and thanks for Caltex for delivering my car in excellent condition and promptly!!
