Although they seemed very helpful at first when I was arranging the order, the communication absolutely stopped while I was awaiting pick-up. They did not return phone calls or emails for over 10 days, right up until the day before the car was to be delivered - and it was not even picked up. This was not at all convenient and ended up costing me a fortune in car rentals. I understand that things happen - like drivers canceling - but I was never even given the information until I repeatedly called. I would never recommend them or contract them again.
