The truck driver delivering my vehicle was a really nice guy. We live down a fairly narrow dead end street, but with, I thought, a decent sized turn-around at the end. I wasn't sure what he'd be driving; I thought the turn-around would be big enough for most trucks. Unfortunately he had a really full-size auto hauler; probably about as big as they come. No way for that truck to turn around. So he had to back it all the way down the street to drop off. But he did it courteously, with a smile. And the car had a low nose, too, so it was a hassle getting it off, without scraping the air dam; but he did it. He even helped push the non-op into my garage. So, it was a good job, all-around; came in for the quoted price, within the time frame we originally discussed (although the second, not the first available time window), with a good driver, and no damage to the car. Good service at a very competitive price.
