The car was being transported to my son in CA, who was only out there for a week. Reading general concerns about transporting a car (Not this company), I was worried that the car won't be delivered on time or at the location as promised. My contact at United Auto Transport, Scott Akers was very friendly and prompt. He understood my concern and assured me that my worries weren't warranted. The dispatcher I worked with Juan was just as great. I was able to contact the driver (Max) directly to obtain updates as the car was being transported. Just as they promised everything was smooth, and the car was delivered 1 day earlier than estimated. A very nice job by the entire team!!!
